Refund policy
Returns are easy and hassle-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. If you don't receive your credit back, we suggest contacting your bank.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For damaged or defective items, please reach out immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Certain items like limited edition releases, clearance or final sale products cannot be returned. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different color, or size, simply return your original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order on idrybag.com. Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Standard returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Ordering your new item right away is recommended, as popular gear sells out quickly during peak seasons.
