Shipping

idrybag offers free ground shipping for orders $70 or more. All orders are transported by a variety of shipping carriers, depending on your location. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.). We cannot guarantee that we are able to ship to APO, etc. addresses.

We currently offer two different shipping options for our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 or Free for Orders $70 or More
  • Expedited Shipping: $24.99

Once orders are submitted, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Processing time

Orders are shipped directly from our production facility.

In-stock items: Shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday.

All customized products will require additional processing time.

The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on which shipping option you select during check out.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.

How to Initiate a Return?

Just send an email to sales@idrybag.com letting us know you’d like to return your item(s), and we’ll provide you with the return address.

What if the Item Has Been Used?

All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition, as we do not accept opened products. If the returned item is deemed not in resalable condition (e.g., opened box, writing on packaging, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method as soon as your return is inspected. Typically, this will be within 72 business hours of receiving the returned item.

Where Will the Refund Be Sent?

Refunds will always be issued to your original payment method, with no exceptions.For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct $5 per item to cover restocking costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Who Pays for Return Shipping Fees?

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Are There Restocking Fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
